New Year 2010!!

Happy New Year 2010!~ We just spent our new years in the big island, Hawaii and it was a blast. Now its time to blog about what we are doing this year and what is going on in our exciting lives! I am at Katie's house in Santa Monica until the end of the month. My first important decorating project just happens to be her house! We are starting with her living room. Tomorrow we are taking down the hideous curtains and moving the carpet out and changing out a desk. Its obviously a work in progress...but we are going to be posting before and after photos. One amazing find was the Wertz Brothers antiques mart in Santa Monica. We went there last week with sister Eileen and it was a treasure chest of cool objects and furniture. Katie can definitely find some cool objects and furniture for her redecor there. We are going back in a few days because I have not figured out what I am going to get for my apartment in Santiago yet. I am thinking about some botanical prints..or a clock or anything cool that I can carry on the plane...with a kid, a carseat, a stroller and a huge carry on!
